MDawg versus Wynn Stock holders

I’ll start by saying I didn’t do this personally but is it an option for a concerned investor?

Should someone who owns stock in Wynn, while understanding much of their value comes from Macau, be concerned about a player who is taking them for cash at will in Vegas?

Should said person make a call to security or management about possible collision between a player who is claiming across multiple Internet forums to be taking them for large amounts of money at will?

Who has been at their property for the past 10 days winning daily, while staying and eating for free. While claiming his host knows he wins “all the time”. And claims to be tipping dealers large amounts.

Should the casino be concerned dealers, pit bosses who he claims are watching everything, and hosts are being complacent in their duties? Or worse, in on a scam because of large tips?

Do they have a lawyer from CA who has publicly posted his winnings, along with win/loss statements, hiding in plain sight from their security personnel whose job is to see these abnormalities in basic odds the casino is built on?

At what point does a casino stop welcoming a player who could bankrupt them at anytime he chooses based of what he is doing? Or do they continue to allow him to take them for $10,000 a day?

Do they have a responsibility to shareholders to investigate this publicly announced fleecing of their casino by a player who can’t lose?

As casinos have made it clear they don’t want advantage BJ players, and have banned them, do publicly traded casinos have an obligation to investigate and possible ban Baccarat players who have a negative impact on their bottom lines over time, in amounts above normal variance?

As casinos have also banned customers playing certain slot machines that their actions do not change overall holds, should they be investigating players who ARE affecting their results?

And when reporting this should they provide the disclaimer that all of this could be a waste of time based on a guy (possibly with a little dick) trying to impress anonymous people on Internet forums?

And should shareholders of Las Vegas Sands and The Blackstone Group do the same?

That might be a little over the top.

It's not like he's claiming to own a Newell or something.... :)

Well, Boz and V, that direct approach may work best. However, it has occurred to me that, although a bit of a long shot, MDawg may be casino management or a host himself, trying to drum up some business. Would help explain the criteria for watching him play (pony up 50K or whatever). Having read Whale Hunt in the Desert a couple of times, I wouldn't put much past hosting hijinks.

Vegas casino capture 18-19 percents on the turnover at their baccarats game what offer a house bite of a paltry 1 percents or so. So, they ain't gonna sweat the mdawg action, hey hey.

I would like to say no matter how much I believe MDawg is full of shit, I am NOT on board with this type of stuff. I would ask that people not do anything that could cause harm to someone else IRL if they haven't done anything to you that would deserve such actions.

Nah, a host would have much more impressive evidence and wouldn't make up total BS like the Bitcoin BS among many other things. I dont think a host would make himself look like an idiot as much as MDawg has.

When I worked for a public company years ago, one of the first things I was told is my number 1 job is to protect shareholder value. And never do anything that could possibly affect it.

My original statement stands, is this guy a risk to shareholders? And is there a possibility that employees are involved in a fraud against the casino?

And as a person who lives by odds and has seen almost everything like you have, what is more probable? MD consistently beats the odds at these publicly traded casinos, or is involved with defrauding them, possibly with insider help?

Or it’s all an innocent forum boasting claim?

And who has anything to lose here, other than shareholders if something is going on?

Any thorough investigation would quickly lead to all dead ends anyway. Everyone involved in the investigation would want to find out who coach belly was. After they got done interviewing him all of the interviewers would say that they are not getting paid enough money for this work, and would be looking for a new job.

My M.O. is to use OTHER PEOPLE players cards

So when a casino has put me on their X-list, I just send in my crew with a bunch of cards names they never heard of.

If you are seriously contacting casinos over this guy there has to be something wrong with you. Who would do that? What did they say?

I recently had someone contact a casino regarding something I was doing supposedly. I can only imagine how the conversations went. So far nothing negative has resulted. Maybe the casinos just ignore stuff and classify it as another wacko calling in.

There have been plenty of cases of casinos mistakenly throwing out sucker gamblers because they got lucky but the casino thought they had some inside knowledge or were advantage players.

And then there was the Western which would cut off anyone on a winning streak "just in case."

Scenario: lunchtime in a high school cafeteria.

Billy Blowhard, a fat, pimple faced geek, is telling folks at his table over and over about how he's been "banging" the hottest cheerleader in school for a couple months, that he always scores with her, and that she's his "bitch."

Some of the listeners are dubious, others in awe; a lone wolf at an adjoining table overhears the brag and starts steaming about the bald-faced lie; he knows the cheerleader would never fuck an ugly hung like a hamster piece of shit like Billy.

He sends an anonymous email to the cheerleader explaining what Billy has been saying about her.

Or rather, a doctor studies his brains out, takes out 200K in loans, graduates med school, interns, and then takes out more loans to start his cancer practice. Next door to his office, someone opens a competing cancer treatment practice using chicken bones, strands of the patients' hair, and other voodoo. Both people run TV ads, only the second guy floods every advertising venue with many, many more.

You can't seriously expect the guy opening the first office to not take direct intensive action.
