The Posting Limits made sense in 2019 when I was still a Troll, but I stopped Trolling in around July 2020. That's almost 3 years since I stopped Trolling Andy posting limit is still in effect. I have asked you about this multiple times and you ignore me everytime. You could at least say something like,"Sorry, once Posting Limit has been put in place, the posting limit is PERMANENT as the software does not allow reversing Posting Limits, but you don't even tell me that You just plain ignore me.

But you allow Posters who have done way worse things than I have to have unlimited Posting privileges. I didn't even know that I was in danger of having a posting limit imposed on me until after it was already in effect and saw a message saying,"Error has occurred. I had to play it safe since Axl Rose, the Protagonist of my Fictional Axl Rose Stories is a real person and I don't want him to sue me in real life for going way too far in my Fictional Axl Rose Stories. The furthest I went was my Fictional Axl Rose having a boyfriend and having sex with him. No he didn't shot put me into the desk. He gave me a bit of a shove towards the chair on the outside of the desk that I guess I was supposed to sit in to sign trespass documents. I probably shouldn't say this but it isn't that the "shove" was horribly forceful, but I was not expecting it and it threw me off balance to the point that I hit my arm on the desk on the way down.

Regardless of intent or not, I received bodily harm in the form of a fractured arm and for that the security guard and casino are unquestionably responsible.

While this fractured arm, is definitely a part of this case, I don't think it is the main part. I believe illegally detaining and arrest of a patron who did nothing illegal is the main part and the case wouldn't be all that different had my arm not been fractured. The second the security guard laid hands on me, grabbing my arm as I was led off the floor, I was being illegally detained and arrested. And that just cannot happen anymore.

As I have pursued my case, I have been made aware of a recent case that I did not know about, somewhat different in circumstances, but the same illegal detention. You can look it up. I am not going to link to it. But it was a strip casino. It occurred in September 2020 I believe which was the covid shutdown year just after casinos re-opened. 2 women were detained and being held by the casino suspected of cheating. After being illegally detained for 3 hours, it was decided they had not cheated and they were released. I have no idea why they were held for 3 hours at the casino. If they were really suspected of cheating, the police should have been called and turned over to police custody within what, 15-20 minutes?

So the one that won the case I am referring to won several hundred thousand dollars in settlement. And there was no broken arm or bodily harm that I heard of, not that there is a direct comparison to my case. Every case is different as my attorney has said a number of times now.

It is a concern and I think should be a concern to all Las Vegas AP's that these cases seem to be on the rise again. It seemed like with a flurry of cases 10-15 years ago, all settlements and verdicts against the casinos, that these kinds of back-room, illegal detention cases had all but disappeared. But now are on the rise again.

add on: Oh and I wish I could bankrupt the casino involved. Shades of James G bankrupting and ending Griffin Agency's reign of terror (at least for a decades or more). But that is not going to be the outcome. All I can hope to do is make them pay some cost for this illegal behavior and hope it contributes to the overall climate once again improving.

I will tell you what really concerns me right now, and I am not speaking specifically about my or any specific case. I don't think these low to even mid 6 figure judgements and settlements are any kind of punishment or deterrent to the casino involved. They don't even pay this money out of casino money which might create a situation that they had to answer to shareholders. An Insurance company pays these judgements and settlements. So really the only actual cost to the casino is if insurance rates go up a little bit.

And then there is publicity. The bad publicity would be a negative consequence. But to get to that point the case really needs to get to trial and I don't think most do. Most end in settlements now, since the early days of the pioneers like Grosjean that forced them to court and the court of public opinion (publicity).

I really hate that an insurance company just pays a settlement and sweeps these cases under the rug. THAT is why they are on the rise again. There just are no real consequences to the casino involved. They throw some lower-level employee under the bus by firing them, have an insurance company pay a settlement and they go merrily on their way. :mad:

It's kind of funny, you and a few others, like blackhole back when he did that whole thread questioning me, that I answered every question, and even including Rob, have at times challenged that I could do what I did for over a decade in Las Vegas, pretty much playing unmolested. I explained some of the things about how I was able to do that, but it was never enough for you guys.

NOW, I have had some problems over the last couple years. Some serious entries in the databases, and now a botched trespass/backrooming leading to legal action. AND you don't want to believe THAT either.

People who file these type of suits usually aren't interested in the whole world having access to their side of the story along with the personal comments. And their attorneys advise them not to do so. (V will jump in here and say no no no no, as any fake retired atty would who defends this clown). It only makes sense. You don't see SP reps blabbing things about kew on the internet. Of course, that's assuming there actually is a suit filed, which as of 40 minutes ago does not exist.

It's kind of funny, you and a few others, like blackhole back when he did that whole thread questioning me, that I answered every question, and even including Rob, have at times challenged that I could do what I did for over a decade in Las Vegas, pretty much playing unmolested. I explained some of the things about how I was able to do that, but it was never enough for you guys.

NOW, I have had some problems over the last couple years. Some serious entries in the databases, and now a botched trespass/backrooming leading to legal action. AND you don't want to believe THAT either.

Now as a result of looking through Singers posts on two forums (thanks again AinQ :mad:), I came across the above quote by Rob, which was also repeated word for word and the caveman reference said a second time at GF.

This made me laugh. This is something you won't hear me say often but this Rob Singer is sometimes a funny guy. I guess Ozzy isn't completely wrong. :o

So while this seems innocent enough, let me give you some background. A while ago, maybe a year? over at GF, during a different discussion that Rob wanted to refute something I said, "a new member" Caveman, showed up posting that he was some well known, big time AP from the east coast and proceeded to claim "he knew all about me and I was not a successful card counter".

Caveman was very obviously a sock puppet, but I actually never really suspected Rob. I just thought one of these other haters.

These hints dropped in the past couple weeks were Rob's way of saying he didn't get the attention he wanted from this sock puppet appearance. Well I am now willing this one time only to say "funny stuff Rob". You got me and everyone at GF with the "caveman" sock puppet.

I have never signed up for, nor used a VPN, other than the possible exception of the VPN that comes as part of the service from my internet provider, Cox communication. And if there is a way to disconnect from that VPN at Cox, I don't know how to do it. I just have no interest in hiding who I am, nor where I am posting from. And that is probably the reason, my sock puppets don't last too long at WoV on the occasion I have used them. Of course, my sock puppet names may also have something to do with that as I have used, KJ-2, KJ-3, EaglesFan, and FlyEaglesFly. Not exactly trying to hide who I am. I also used spiderman handle that people like to give me shit about, but that was for a specific purpose to warn players of a casino that was cheating.

I assume Dan Druff can verify that I have never used a VPN other than the one that comes with my service.

I am not sure what you are trying to say about PFA. You have alluded to this a number of times, but I have never posted there. I did create an account so I could contact Druff to "tattletale" on someone during one of those periods that he seemed to be on hiatus here for weeks at a time.
