No problem Monet. Yes, Tom's Video Poker Strategy Master makes it easy to memorize the near-optimal strategies for the games we encounter most often in the field. It's amazing how a $20 program has made each of us and many other people quite a bit of money. As you noticed, I did not bother posting beyond 10 hands since the probabilities are not interesting (i.e. they are many thousands to 1) for something like 100-hand video poker. Online I remember seeing 500 hand video poker offered back in the early 2000s at some web casinos - even 500 hand OEJ.Quote:

Oddly enough in the last 7 weeks I have ran great on the Single Line 10 dollar version of the game.
And that is on the uglier version paying back 98.8%.
I made 4 sets of regular Deuces.
2 sets of Deuces with the Ace.
3 Royals... 2 in Hearts and yesterday one in Diamonds.
Finally a 4 to the Royal Draw that actually came in.
I was only stuck 21k playing about 11 hours before the bailout lol.
I was just about to leave as I hit that draw.
I have the pictures but I hesitate to post them as I have to listen to Garnabby give me strife over posting some of my jackpot pictures.
I posted this recap because this thread is about BDW and not too many people actually play this game or different versions of it.
Of course the Royal that I flopped on 100 play quarters was the 98.8 version as well so its tough to complain about being down 28k on the spin poker version.
I've been unable to get any 3 way or 5 way royals during this downswing and no flopped deuces or 5 balls which is most likely the main problems.
Monet, I'm glad to hear you ended your 11 hour session up $19K. Two days ago I caught four of a kind plus a kicker (four 4s and and 3) on the deal, on a vulched 10-handed five coin UX play (10c DDB), so a couple hands were multiplied (2x and 2x IIRC) for 800 coins returned per hand times the multiplier on each hand (1x for eight hands and the two 2xers). I did not take a picture since I left my flip phone in my glove box.Quote:
