In Hialeah, you now have to spend $50 coin in to get a measly $5 back in free play! Gone are the days when it was equal play. It used to be spend $5 coin in, and get $5 in free play, really reasonable and good promotion. Now they jumped up the requirement by 10 times! Really, Hialeah Park Casino? Really?

My partner/spouse passed away earlier this year and except for rare occasions I have stopped playing on his cards and earning anything. It just didn't seem right to me and being that I am cutting back machine play anyway.
But I still get mailers for his account. So this months mailer from Boyd, here in Vegas has the outstanding offer of play $150 get $10 free play. ;) Boyd offers have been down all around anyway, but this is insultingly comical. I mean up until his passing, this account was a top tier account with substantial monthly play.
Like I said, I am cutting back machine play anyway on all accounts, but I just found this "offer" pretty ridiculous. :rolleyes:
Better than the offer I got from Gulfstream where I could play to earn entries into a drawing on Mother’s Day. I think they called 5 or maybe 10 lucky guests to win — win what, you ask? A roomba!
