Vaccinated guests at MGM Resorts International’s Las Vegas properties no longer need to mask up, according to a Friday statement from the company.
The new policy goes into effect at noon on Friday. MGM employees still are required to wear a mask at this time, even if they are fully vaccinated.

The "no more masks" practice started yesterday when the CDC said they could be removed in most circumstances. At some casinos EMPLOYEES are no longer required to have masks as well.
Plastic shields have mostly been removed.
I went to Macy's this morning. Masks still required and they're still cleaning the counters after each shopper uses one to look at merchandise. I asked a manager when they would change their rules and he said it's up to the corporation HQ to set the rules.
