Vegas: up close and personal from the sky

I saw this at LVA and thought it was both cool and kind of creepy. Google maps, (not Google earth), added images from planes so as you zoom in it switches from the satellite to the plane view when you get close.

The view of the strat didn't look like much from the old satellite view, but now you can zoom right in and see the top pretty clearly.

There is a guy in a white shirt standing outside the valet at Caesar's that looks vaguely like Alan :D

(For an amusing view of Hoover Dam try Google Earth. Zoom in so you are above the bridge looking at the dam, and then tilt it so you are down at river level. No more Pat Tillman bridge, and the road looks a little treacherous).
