McDonald's breakfast after 10:30am

Today was the first day I wanted to try getting a McDonald's breakfast after 10:30-am. As you know, McDonald's recently started serving breakfast items after 10:30am.

So today, at 10:33am (really 10:33am) I pulled into the drive-thru of my local McDonald's at the intersection of Devonshire and DeSoto in Chatsworth and ordered an Egg McMuffin.

It was 10:33am.

"I'm sorry," said the voice on the speaker, "we ran out."
"You ran out?" I asked.
"Yes, we ran out at 10:30. Would you like a lunch item?" the voice said.
"I'd like to get a breakfast item," I asked. What do you have for breakfast?"
"We ran out."

I drove away.
