The Business of Homelessness

I don't really keep up with this because I know that everyone is stealing from everyone.
I was a bit shocked that Bill de Blasio's wife can't account for 850 Million Dollars lol.
Actually it looks like he and wife have burned through 1.8 Billon Tax Dollars lol lol lol.
I'm very late to the party as this is one, two or three year old news.
I just found it funny.
Just about as funny as how many times Bill de Blasio changed his name.

It does seem like a good scam.
Pyramid or not.
Every city and state in the US seems to be doing it.
Get 400 to 800 million dollars to help the homeless and funnel funds to the businesses of your pals.
Create laws that allow the Homeless to Camp and Thrive.
I thought I was a good Con-Man.
These guys are good... really good.
