Tier multiplier figure not showing?

Hi, I received an email notification following a 5x tier score multiplier event in AC, noting that I earned 20K tier points that were supposedly now added to my score, yet I’m not seeing the points added. Is anyone else experiencing that? I thought I’d ask the forum before reaching out to the Caesars Rewards folks. Thank you!

Caesars multipliers take some time before they hit. Usually a day or 2 sometimes longer.

Bonuses take 24 hours sometimes. Tier multipliers, usually the end of the month of the promotion.
