ok, so obviously that was to make a point. That is what this forum is now. Someone disagrees with something and they attack the person in the most vile and usually personal way they can. There just is no need for that kind of stuff. All that really says is the person now attacking has no real argument or answers for what may be challenged. And that is exactly how that all started. Rob Singer often can't answer or defend his claims, so he attacks in the manner that I am examplizing (<-that is my own word...thank you). It is a form of deflecting or changing the subject. Again, there is no need for that nor should it be allowed (in my opinion). Allowing this only serves to discourage people from joining up and joining in. It discourages growth of the forum.

Axelwolf frequently says he likes the "playful razzing". I can appreciate that. But aren't we way past that on this forum? Things need to be reined in a bit.

I've never said anything other than 18 yo's in a row was mathematically and physically possible in order to support Alan's claim of witnessing it (presumably on one of his habitual spur-of-the-moment sweaty palms overnight trips to Caesars).

This is one of his defining forum moments, period. Did he see it, really.

Well, I did talk to him several times about it. But I want to be on record that I never believed it under ANY circumstance--even cheating. It's just too "out there". In our talks, he never directly answered my question about it. Rather, he did constant redietz-type reflect jobs.

It was very obvious that he fabricated this event, and in no way was selective memory or any other so-called memory tricks involved. He did this for the recurring provocative forum moments so that he could take his stupid argumentative skills to the next level. You all saw him do this masterfully with the dice problem--on both forums.

That in a nutshell is him folks. He's not looking for attention like kew for instance always does, with these stunts. He looks at each of them as Breaking News! stories, whereby they get a lot of coverage. And he's probably imagining the torrent of jealousy being suffered by each ex-wife every time his arguments get a hit.

He would have been waaay better off selecting to be a career radio disc jockey on KLOS. He has the voice for it.

And it looks like the main forum also catches most of your ranting too, which is also fun for entertainment value.

Thank you Axelwolf. You are one of the few left on this forum capable of being fair, objective and reasonable. And since your return after a little I guess self imposed time away, you have been more reasonable and fair minded than ever. That kind of thing is easily noticed because it is so rare on this forum. :)

It is a real shame that everyone draws line and forms teams, now mostly along political lines and can't be objective or fair about any kind of discussion any longer, even something non political. This clown you quoted is among the worse, but sadly there is a whole growing group that have drawn those lines and formed teams.

That's neither here nor there with respect to the point I was trying to make. I know all too well there's many things one could call him out on. I just don't think that is one of them. I look at it almost as someone mis/partially quoting you in order to manipulate and take something out of context. I don't like the...say or do anything to win an argument at all costs.

Oh, there's no doubt I'm still biased in many areas, I've admitted that before. Did I take a break? Maybe for a few days. I don't think that had anything to do with it. I just wanted to start fresh with everybody I possibly could. There's just too many good things in life to engage in hate and hold grudges, assuming that person actually has some redeeming qualities.

I try to play a tournament a day, sometimes two in the low to medium buy-in range on Bovada. I have an Ignition account too but haven't played tournaments on there yet. But it looks to me that Bovada and Ignition are just two different skins of the same tournaments.

I've played 24 tournaments so far.
I've made $363.30 worth of buy-ins
I've cashed for $992.17

Although I don't have that much experience at it, the Bovada tournaments appear to be soft to me. Its not that hard to cash. If things keep going the way they are I will be moving up to the higher buy-in tournaments. I'll keep creeping up in buy-in amounts until I find where things get tough.
