I was BANNED from another Gambling Website for asking ,"Can you be Trespassed at a Casino for playing with money you found on the Casino floor/Property? The Admin and other Members thought I asked that to be a Troll and I was suddenly thrown out the door like yesterday's trash when I was 100 percent curious and serious. Has anyone on here or know anyone who has been Tresspassed for this? :/

The law in Michigan at the time was abandoned property belongs to the finder and she won I think around an $800k judgement against the casino.

It's also a crime in Colorado and there have been a few occasions of it being enforced over even trivial amounts.
I don't know if there are any other jurisdictions in which it is illegal, but ideally, casinos would trespass anyone who is, "Sweeping the floor," "Buffalo-Hunting," or whatever term you want to use.
