is it a Maximum Pen or Minimum Pen?

I also noticed that Maxpen hasn't shown up in a while, but he also hasn't shown up on Gambling Forums or WOV (He left WOV because he got tired of the restrictive nature of WOV) but it's possible he just got tired of Gambling Websites in general and ran for the hills.
RIP bozo
Definitely not locked up. I have simply decided the forums are a complete waste of time that is all. I only logged in tonight because I was told that you claimed I was locked up.
Making stuff up must be what you are good at. Because you sure didn't get that info from anyone that knows me.
Talked to a longtime LA friend today who isn't in the gambling community.
I mentioned this site, and he wondered how/why I am running something called "Vegas Casino Talk".
I asked if he remembered Alan Mendelson from the '80s and '90s, and he said, "Oh yeah! He was some consumer reports guy!"
So he totally remembered Alan, and in fact read some article in November about Alan's passing. He was shocked that my Vegas Casino Talk was the continuation of Alan's Best Buys forum. Seems like a lot of people in LA during those years knew of Alan.

Seriously, though, I doubt that someone in Canada, ever, heard of Alan Mendelson. I don't think that his "fame" traveled very far, let alone in comparison to the "hard on" he had for himself. Ha.
Query, was it jus the coinky-dink that the biden-evenbob-spike fled the scene at the same time as the Alan Mendelson got clipped, hey hey????
SlaPINFuNK - I'm sure you already know this but I just wanted to point it out to others:
I just read the entire link that I posted in the first post on this thread - I reposted that link here
you Dad's contribution to Journalism was pretty large - he even worked closely with Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather at CBS
pretty interesting - he covered a civil war in Ethiopia per the link and was pinned down by enemy fire
you can be rightfully proud of his many accomplishments

Yes, he was very accomplished and he was very humble about it.
I definitely have a lot of stories that he shared with me about his experiences.
I appreciate that you recognize that.
He won multiple Golden Mic's, and Emmy, all kinds of stuff.
People still know who "Moneyman Alan Mendelson" was.
I remember watching him on TV when he was in Ethiopia, I used to love cream of wheat and was excited when I saw him give the kids a box of cream of wheat. I used to stay awake until 2-3 in the morning waiting for him to come home from work when I was a kid. He would then take me for donuts and a driving lesson, I think I was 8 or 9? Was a lot of fun.
He was recognized everywhere he went. Anywhere around LA, and even when we were in Vegas "Hey its the Moneyman!"
Wait, Slapinfunk is Jason Mendelson? I thought Slapinfunk was just a normal VCT Poster! Jason, I'm sorry for your loss. :( Alan was truly a nice guy. :(
Because you are a retard.
I guess you missed where they fought over the money Alan stiffed Jason over. Because, you know, Alan had a gambling problem.
But as we all know, a gamblers debts die with them. One of the few things all of us should agree upon.
So it’s all good now and we need to remember Alan for the “good things”.
This kind of abuse and absolute no respect for people on here is one of the reasons why Alan Mendelson wanted to give up ownership of the forum.
Please at least in this thread, leave that stuff out of it.
He would appreciate if you removed the first line from your reply. He treated everyone he ever met with respect.
I agree, let's not pollute this thread with shitposting and slurs. I've deleted a few more posts here.
