At the Horseshoe Indiana (north), they started doing this about a year ago. The minute you sit down at the machine your card triggers a visit from a "host". These are not your old time hosts who can actually do anything for you. These are now young, usually pretty girls, who have no authority to give you anything at all. Since I'm not a mean person or looking for confrontation I never say yes and ask for anything, but since everything is now just points, what is the purpose of this "visit" from the host? If you ask for tickets to a show, they make you pay with your points. Dinner---your points. So what exactly can they do for me?
