another uber rapist story - lots and lots of uber rapist stories

some are going to say it happens just as often with taxi drivers but they don't report it. I don't think so. they would report it. that comment is BS.

uber doesn't vet its drivers with nearly as much due diligence as do regulatory authorities over taxi drivers
