So, I think I may have gotten played at Miccousoukee Casino...

Miccousoukee Casino denied me at the entrance when they checked my body temperature with some hand held device, saying that my body temperature was over 100 degrees when I wasted that $160 taxi fare and didn't even get to play. I didn't feel sick and my skin definitely did not feel hot. Yesterday, Hialeah Staff told me at the walk in scanner that my Temperature was about 98 degrees. Today, Dania Beach Casino had me do a walk through scanner and told me that my Temperature was...98 degrees . Miccousoukee, your hand held temperature scanner sucks! I KNEW I didn't have a damn fever!

Instead of writing us. How about writing the casino? Then you can let us know how they replied.

First of all, none of these casinos are located anywhere near Las Vegas and this is the Las Vegas subforum. May as well tell it to a horse racing forum.

Second of all, what does your temperature weeks ago have to do with the last couple days?

Third, you work at Walgreens and spent $160 on a cab to go to a semi local casino? Are you a pharmacist? If not either Walgreens pays way better than I thought or maybe you should be telling the story to GA.

You spent $160 just to go lose more money at the casino? How much are you pilfering from Walgreens that you can afford a $160 taxi ride?

Anytime someone's temperature reads high they usually allow that person to go wait in the shade and come back and try again, so if you didn't have a temperature why didn't you just do that? If it was screwed up, then it would be screwed up for everyone else and no one would be let into the Casino.

The story just isn't jiving (no racial pun intended).

I was told there were NO buses that run by Miccousoukee , so a Taxi was the only way I could get there. In hindsight, just waiting couple of weeks and going to Casinos I could get to for free would have been ideal.

A very good friend of mine is at the top there. I guarantee this story is bs. Tasha give me the date and time and I will literally find the truth. They have to note and time stamp anyone that is turned away. A quick conversation with him and he told me in the last 2 weeks they have turned away exactly 3 people

Have you ever thought I may have ASKED what my temperature was and wad TOLD it?

At our gym (private, high end club), they give us a forehead read on the way in. I was told that 100 Fahrenheit or over, and you're denied entry, and that no one has been running hot yet.

Masks are mandatory on the way in and out, optional on the floor, although I wear one on the floor when lifting weights, not when doing aerobic exercise (cycling, running treadmill). This gym is never very crowded - and post-lockdown, the most I have seen in there this week: about thirty and it's not a small gym, has upstairs and downstairs. When there are thirty I would say about five of us wear masks at all times on the weight lifting floor.

Next time for less than a buck, buy a cup of ice at 7-11, and grab a few of their free napkins.

Have the cab drop you off a block away from the casino, wrap the ice in the napkin, and hold it on your forehead for a few minutes before you go in.

all the places that I have been to that does temperature checks(not just casinos, including doctors offices) rescue to cool off in the shade or in your air conditioning car or whatever and allow you to come back and try again. They know God damn well someone might be hot from waiting outside in the sun or perhaps they just drink coffee or some other weird strange thing so I don't believe this again. Please explain why you didn't just wait and go back and check and see if you still had a temperature. Why was your temperature higher than everyone else, unless you actually had a temperature? It's your own fault if you didn't go back after cooling down.

I asked the guy to stop liking my posts because everytime he likes them, I automatically got alerts. I specifically told him about the Alerts I automatically I got everytime he "Likes," my posts. I got 125 Alerts in just two days because of him "liking," my posts. This is AFTER I told him to stop "Liking," my posts due to the automatic alerts. So, I reported his ass to the Gambling Forums Admins. I am NOT sorry at all for Reporting him. I feel NO sympathy for that Poster at all.
