Quick Note on Trump

Rob will love this.

A friend of mine, who was a film major specializing in American Mafia films, attended a rally for Trump in Charlotte.

Before Trump took the stage, five songs were played. The one wherein he actually took the stage was some famous opera piece.

The other four were all songs used in the movie, Goodfellas.

My friend may have been the only person in the audience who noticed this.

Now, I'm not saying this is a reason to vote for Trump, or not vote for Trump. I just find it in-your-face funny, and I have to at least salute him.

You'll find that everything Trump says....everything he does, occurs for a strategic or tactical reason. When he says things that gets reported as being bombastically non-presidential sounding or bigoted, he's setting the table up for a gourmet meal tomorrow or the day after. And don't think his words or actions are solely meant for the campaign. He doesn't really expect to ever be able to beat a lying cheat who somehow owns the Justice Dept. like Hillary. But he's taking maximum advantage of everything that's going on in order to somehow use these things as a wealth-expander when he gets back to being a businessman.

He's not releasing his tax returns: he has a good reason. He's somehow come up with a medical record that shows him with the stats of a 25-year old: there's a good reason. He goes into the inner cities to talk to the blacks that Obama & Hillary ignore except when it comes to election days: there's a good reason. And none of those reasons have a thing to do with his campaign.

So when he plays Mob Hits at his rallies, he has his post-campaign reasons. Remember the business Tony Soprano used for his cover?

I like the way he exposes people. For one example,the question "If not elected, will you support the Republican nominee?" He was intentionally picked on with this question- it was preplanned. He took flak for it. Then he took flak for "lying Ted Cruz". NOW who won't support the Republican nominee that said they would if not selected?

Rob are you expecting Trump to lose? And he's campaigning expecting to lose?

Well, he has stopped shooting off his mouth as much- if he'd kept that up without at least giving some semblance of sanity- I would have said yes.

Alan, when Trump says the system is rigged, he knows what he's talking about. He's dealt with rigged systems all his life, only they've been in his favor.

As much as I despise Hillary and all her corruption & lying, Trump cannot win an election in an era where the press has no shame and openly supports the dem instead of simply reporting the facts. And Trump's not stupid--not by any stretch. He knows this. Just look at the upcoming debates: two of them opposite big football games to protect Hillary, and in case that doesn't work they've got bleeding heart liberals Lester Holt, Martha Raditz, and another who are moderators and will not push Hillary on any issue that makes her look bad--which is just about ANY issue.

Wouldn't it be great to wake up each day seeing what a character like Trump is doing as president! But sadly, all we'll get to see is a very boring Hillary, saying the same bs as Obama did while constantly accepting all the "small" losses from these terror attacks and doing nothing about it. Now if she blew a 22 yr. old intern under the Oval Office desk, THAT would be something to tune in for.

The debates will give Trump his big chance. If he blows it, it will be his own fault. He can't be censored or edited out.
