That does sound a little out there Tasha.
If you have any friends that have been to jail or prison, they could probably tell you about some better hiding places than in a store.

Over all hiding any habit is a sign that it's a problem.
Such as for example AxelWolf's parading about two sheets to the wind lately, claiming over at WOV in a post just before his two weeks suspensions were laid down that he made the first post "sober." In a pig's eye! ;)
Pain meds are not sober, neither are pain meds mixed with Cap'n Morgan.
I don't take pain medication or smoke pot. I actually take zero medication prescribed or otherwise. I can't remember the last time I had to use a prescription for anything, but it's been probably 5 years or more IIRC I had to take some antibiotics for a tooth infection years ago. Not bad, considering my previous near-death medical problems.
Straight grain alcohol for you then? Never mix, never worry!
Speaking of grain alcohol ...
Freshman year in college: a Yankee in The South.
First mid-terms of the year.
The day before my US History exam I developed a horrible toothache: went to the dentist and he extracted four impacted wisdom teeth and gave me strong pain pills.
Back at the dorm my room mate, a guy from "the hills" rolled in with some moonshine his buddy had made and asked if I wanted some?
I did: my first "mountain dew:" he mixed / cut it with grape juice, called it "PJ."
Tasted good, I liked it and apparently drank quite a bit.
The combination of the pain pills and the strong liquor was ... profound.
I awoke the following AM in a deep fog, stumbled in wholly unprepared to take the exam (barely made it in time) but I took it.
The lack of studying coupled to the deep stupor from the booze and drugs permeated my mind to a redolent degree: it was all a haze.
A week later the prof called me into his office: he said I had the LOWEST grade in the class on the multiple choice section and the HIGHEST on the essay.
I explained what happened.
A few years later I asked him to write a recommendation so I could attend law school: not sure what he said but it worked.
You might be glad to know that if you ever develop heart problems there's no dope in the meds. I'm on a dozen prescriptions for heart/cardio and none of them have dope in them. It's all meds for blood thinner, high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart rhythm. So no dope.
No one drinks straight grain alcohol if one means everclear. No one. Try it for yourself. Just a shot. Rinse it around in your mouth a bit. Go ahead and chill it. Write up your trip report for us.
And booze + pain pills will just make you pass out possibly kill you. Be thankful Mr V.
