Pala Casino to show Mayweather Pacquiao fight

Southern California boxing fans can view the long-awaited welterweight unification fight between Floyd Mayweather, Jr. (47-0) vs. Manny Pacquiao (57-5-2) LIVE starting at 6 p.m., Saturday, May 2, in the Events Center at Pala Casino Spa & Resort. Doors will open at 5 p.m. Two undercard fights to be announced also will be televised LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Tickets, $10, for general admission seating, will go on sale at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 26, with no service charge, at the Pala box office and by calling 1-877-946-7252. Tickets also will be available at www.startickets.com and 1-800-585-3737.

The fight card will be televised LIVE in the Events Center only. There will be no casino-wide telecast.

Pala is located in Northern San Diego County; from San Diego/Riverside, take I-15 to Highway 76 east five miles; from Los Angeles County and Orange County, take I-5 south to Highway 76 east, then travel 23 miles. Pala is 15 miles north of Escondido, 12 miles south of Temecula.
