Report: Cosmopolitan sale "about to be completed"

Over the past 18 months, there have been various rumors about the Cosmopolitan being for sale, but here we stand in June 2019, and it hasn't sold.

A source has given me information that a sale is about to go through, and that "the property might change hands by the end of August."

This has not been announced anywhere yet.
