Here we go:
KC (Duffy) at Cleveland (Bieber) - Over 9 +105
Milwaukee (Woodruff) +102 at Chicago (Hendricks)
Starting in a few min
Lol bad 0-2 start.
Fired last minute on:
San Diego(Lamet) vs. Arizona (Ray) - Under 8 -110
Won on Saturday.
Last minute:
Detroit (Garcia) -105 vs. KC (Zimmer)
Colorado (Senzatela) at Oakland (Mendgen) - Under 9.5 -115
St. Louis +149 (ponce de Leon) at Minnesota (Hill)
+149 against Hill who is 40 and should be out of MLB
Ugh, Cards already down 1-0. I don't expect Hill to hold it though.
Anyway, here's an under I like:
Angels (Heaney) vs. Seattle (Dunn) - Under 9 -115
Starts at 7:30 PT
Guys this looks like a good one.
Baltimore has looked better than expected so far, and has scored fairly well in their 5 games this year. Alex Cobb looked great in his first start, and they're facing Blake Snell who is on an innings limit (he won't go more than 4, and probably not more than 3).
Baltimore (Cobb) +173 at Tampa (Snell)
Was feeling pretty demoralized with my 1-4 start, but the nice +173 win yesterday on Baltimore (which went pretty much the way I said it would) was encouraging.
Here's another one I like:
Angels (Cannings) +151 vs. Houston (Greinke)
Greinke hasn't looked right this year. Velocity is down, location was bad in his first start, and he had a fairly bad outing. He's close to 37 and might be having trouble getting going in this weird year.
Canning has a lot of potential and struck out a lot of batters in his only start, though he did give up 4 hits and 2 walks in less than 5 innings. Anyway, even though Trout won't be playing, I like the Angels here for +151. Don't be too bothered by their 2-6 record.
Get em in while you can. Have a feeling this experiment is over within the next couple of weeks.
Angels blew a 3-1 lead in the 9th with 1 out and nobody on, but managed to squeak by and win in extras, in a very weird game.
Now 4-5, but up money because of the +173 and +151.

San Francisco (Samardzija) vs. Texas (Allard) - Under 9 -115
Milwaukee (Woodruff) -129 vs. White Sox (Giolito)
Here's one coming up
German Marquez has always been a good road pitcher (3.64 career ERA, WHIP around 1.138) but bad at home in Denver (5.01/1.412).
Last year it was even more dramatic, as he had a 6.26 home ERA.
Good guy to fade at home. Also, Rockies are playing above their heads. Their 7-2 record isn't real.
San Francisco (Gausman) +162 at Colorado (Marquez)
Starting 5:40 PT
Here's three for today
Baltimore (LeBlanc) +119 at Miami (Yamamoto)
Philadephia (Elfiln) +128 vs. Yankees (Montgomery)
Cleveland (Carrasco) vs. Cincinnati (Castilo) - Under 7.5 -125
Milwaukee (Lauer) +101 vs Cincinnati (Bauer)
I fired like a degen on:
Seattle (Kikuchi) -124 vs. Colorado (Sentazela)
0-2 yesterday
Today:
Kyle Wright has great stuff but his control is terrible.
Arrieta kinda sucks but I don't trust Wright at all.
Philadelphia (Arrieta) -118 vs. Atlanta (Wright)
Maybe I finally can fade the Rockies successfully.
Seattle (Margevicius) -113 vs. Colorado (Castellani)
Split 'em on Saturday
Detroit is so hot right now
Detroit (Fulmer) +121 vs. White Sox (Keuchel)
Won on Monday.
Now:
KC (Keller) +104 at Cincinnsti (Miley)
Won the KC pick.
Today:
Pittsburgh (Kuhl) at Cincinnati (Gray) - Under 8 +100 (under 8.5 -120 or better ok)
That Pittsburgh under looked great -- 2-2 after 6. But 4 in the 7th and 1 in the 8th killed it.
Giants will avenge their embarrassing blowing of a 5-run lead in the 9th.
Imagine if you had a bet on that game last night and were up 7-2 in the 9th and lost?
Anyway, I like today's bet on them, even though the line has been bet down a lot.
San Francisco (Gausman) +127 vs. Oakland (Manaea)
Major screw job on SF, was up 6-3 in the 9th, and lost. Horrible managing.
Two picks today:
KC (Bubic) +150 at Minnesota (Wisler)
Arizona (Gallen) -115 vs. Oakland (Bassitt)
Split 'em, with Arizona winning.
Minnesota (Hill) vs. Milwaukee (B. Anderson) - Over 9 -125
Won that over on Wednesday.
Today:
Cleveland (McKenzie) vs. Detroit (Boyd) - Under 9.5 -120
Won yesterday
Today:
Oakland (Montas) vs. Angels (Bundy) - Under 8.5 +100
Lost by 0.5 points in extras. Sad!
Cleveland (Bieber) -1.5 +125 vs. Minnesota (Hill)
Fading Rich Hill again, and Bieber of the 1.11 ERA is likely the man to win by more than 1.
Won yesterday.
Today I'm doing:
Minnesota (Berrios) -107 at Cleveland (Clevinger)
Lost the Min/Cle pick on Wednesday.
Today:
Remember when F. Yu Darvish was an auto-fade?
Somehow he's got an ERA of 1.70 and a WHIP under 1.00 this year.
I'm actually backing him on the road against Bauer.
Cubs (F Yu) -107 vs Cincinnati (Bauer) (game 1 of DH)
Also here's an under:
Pittsburgh (Brubaker) at Milwaukee (Brett Anderson) - Under 9 -115
Easily won the Cubs.
Pittsburgh under was 4-3 in the bottom of the 8th/2 out, but lost due to horrible relief pitching.
Two unders, one soon, one in awhile.
Soon:
Minnesota (Maeda) at Detroit (Mize) - Under 8.5 -110
Later:
Arizona (Clarke) vs. San Francisco (Cueto) - Under 9.5 -115
2-0 on Sunday.
Tonight:
Dodgers (Urias) vs. Arizona (Alex Young) - Under 8.5 +100
Ouch. 6-1 in the 9th, 2 out, nobody on. Walk, HR, under loses by 0.5
Today:
This one feels weird, but go with it:
Mets (Wacha) at Baltimore (Means) - Under 10 -110
Happened again. The pick was in good shape until the bullpens blew p in the 8th and 9th. Went from a likely winner to losing by 3.
Here's one for the morning. 10:35am PT
Pittsburgh (Brubaker) +139 vs. Cubs (Mills)
Yes, I realize it's Pittsburgh. They actually have the better pitcher going today. Brubaker has decent stuff, and has pitched fairly well (6 K in each of his past 2 starts), and Mills is a stopgap option for the Cubs. Mills has given up 17 ER in the past 19.2 innings, over the past 4 starts.
Pittsburgh wins!
Let's talk about the Padres/Angels game tonight.
"Mike Clevinger to the Padres" didn't make me happy as a Dodgers fan, but I'm still rooting for him today, as I'm firing on the under. Andrew Heaney, despite overall mediocre numbers, threw a great outing last time. Yes, it was against the awful Mariners, but still... he struck out 10 and dominated.
While I've lost my last two unders, note that both times I got the starting pitching correct (it was on pace to win entering the 8th in each game). This one looks like an under to me.
4:10pm PT
Angels (Heaney) vs San Diego (Clevinger) - Under 8.5 -110
Won 'em both yesterday, fairly easily.
Here's a pick which seems weird, but there's value in it:
Miami (P. Lopez) +110 at Tampa (J. Fleming)
Yes, I'm taking Miami +110 against a 26-12 team, on the road.
Why?
This is why
https://resizing.flixster.com/G0j7m2...jAwOzY3ODs5MDQ
Close, but lost 5-4, including a blown 1st/2nd with nobody out in the 9th.
Are you tired of unders? Are you looking to be a public stooge and take overs?
Guess what, today is your day.
Here's a good over.
Houston has Brandon Bielak going, who was running along just fine, but has been hammered in his past two starts, for a combined 10 earned runs in just 2 innings pitched.
On the other side, the Angels' Griffin Canning pitched well last time out, but had persistent command issues, and really only had that one good outing out of his past 5 appearances.
What's the over line? Just a paltry 7.5 runs.
I like it, even in 7 innings.
Houston (Bielak) at Angels (Canning) - GAME 1 of doubleheader, Over 7.5 -117
BTW, it's 110 degrees in Anaheim today. This game starts at 4pm, long before a cooldown. Think the pitchers will have an easy time?
Easily won that Houston over (by 11.5 runs!!!)
Here's two today:
San Francisco (Gausman) -114 vs. Arizona (Gallen)
Yankees (Montgomery) +110 at Toronto (Ryu)
Okay, I'm gonna take a chance on the Yankees again. Maybe they won't blow a late 6-2 lead this time by allowing 10 runs in an inning this time.
SF won yesterday, so I split.
Yankees (Happ) -106 at Toronto (Walker)
Time to fade Alec Mills of the Cubs again. Also, Tyler Mahle has looked fairly solid his last few times out.
Cincinnati -111 (Mahle) at Cubs (Mills)
One more.
Andrew Heaney and Lance Lynn are going two different directions.
Last 2 starts:
Heaney 14.2 IP, 1 ER, 7 H, 4 BB
Lynn 12 IP, 9 ER, 13 H, 5 BB
Angels (Heaney) - 126 at Texas (Lynn)
0-3 yesterday, and never led in any. Ouch!!
Tonight here's one starting soon:
Dodgers (Kershaw) at Arizona (Clarke) - Over 9 -120 (you can get -115 on Bovada)
Won yesterday.
Last minute under. Starts at 1:05 PT
Angels (Bundy) at Texas (Gibson) - Under 8.5 -107
Squeaked by with that Angels under, despite a runner at 3rd with nobody out in the 8th, in a 6-2 game.
Final score 6-2. Phew!
Here are two picks.
Both seem very square, but sometimes the squares are on the right side.
Milwaukee (Woodruff) -1.5 +115 vs. Cubs (Lester)
Milwaukee/Chicago - Over 9 -115
Lester has looked terrible this year. Might be an auto-fade. 4 of last 5 starts had 5 ER or more. Hasn't faced a particularly tough group of opponents, aside from one against the White Sox.
He has almost 2600 innings under his bet, through 14+ seasons, and might be done.
Two more:
Kansas City (Bubic) vs. Pittsburgh (Brault) - Under 8.5 -105 (up to -115 ok, best line on Betonline right now)
That's a battle of two offensive powerhouses, obviously.
Second one:
White Sox (Giolito) vs. Detroit (Mize) - Under 8 -115
2-2. Lost both Milwaukee picks, won the other two afterwards.
Today:
Mets (Porcello) -125 at Philadelphia (Arrieta)
St. Louis (Flaherty) at Milwaukee (Bre. Anderson) - Over 8.5 -115
Split again, losing Mets and winning the Cardinals over.
Starting in about an hour:
In about an hour:
Atlanta (Hamels) at Baltimore (Akin) - OVER 10 -117 (up to -125 ok)
Public and sharps like this one.
Hamels hasn't pitched yet this season, and isn't anywhere near 100%. He has triceps tendinitis.
Easily won yesterday
Detroit (Fulmer) vs. Cleveland (Plesac) - Under 8.5 -120 (under 8 -105 or better ok)
Easy win yesterday, game was 1-0.
Last minute pick (starts 3:05 PT):
Toronto (Ryu) at Philadelphia (V. Velasquez) - Under 8 -110
Easily won the under, final score 3-1.
Today we have 3:
Boston (Houck) vs. Yankees (D. Garcia) - Under 9 -105
Cincinnati (Lorenzen) -126 vs. White Sox (Cease)
Detroit (Boyd) vs. Cleveland (Carrasco) - Under 7.5 -115
1-2 yesterday, losing both unders, winning the Reds.
I like the Rays. Degrom probably isn't right, and is likely attempting to tough it out as a last-gasp attempt to get the Mets into the playoffs (which won't happen anyway). I have a feeling he won't go very long even if he is pitching well, given his precarious health.
Fairbanks the "starter" is just an opener, in typical Rays fashion.
Tampa (Fairbanks) +175 at Mets (Degrom)
Starting a bit sooner, there's also this:
Philadelphia (Wheeler) at Washington (A. Sanchez) - Under 8.5 -106
2-0 yesterday, including that nice +175 TB bet.
Only one today:
Miami (Urena) at Atanta (B. Wilson) - OVER 10 -115
Baseball extravaganza following an under yesterday which lost in the 6th inning:
Atlanta (I. Anderson) vs. Miami (P. Lopez) - Under 9 -120
Yankees (Montgomery) at Toronto (Ryu) - Under 9.5 -117
White Sox (Keuchel) at Cleveland (Plesac) - OVER 7.5 -103
Cleveland -135 vs. White Sox
St. Louis (Kim) vs. Milwaukee (Bunes) - Over 7 -120
4-1, only losing the St. Louis over. And even that was really close, with 2 runners on in the 9th in a 4-2 game with 1 out.
Last minute:
Milwaukee (Suter) -101 vs. St. Louis (Flaherty) GAME 1
Starts 2:15 PT
Detroit has struggled lately, but I like them today.
Brad Keller killed it at the beginning, allowing no runs over 18 innings and 3 starts to begin the season, but he 's been tagged for 5 runs in 3 of the last 5 starts. (He did pitch an excellent game against the Phillies two starts ago, though.) He's also only struck out 7 in the past 20+ innings pitched. That's one of a few reasons I like the Tigers today. Both teams are out of the playoffs, so this game is meaningless, aside from helping decide who finishes last in the AL Central.
Detroit (Turnbull) +135 at Kansas City (Keller)
Split 'em yesterday, with Milkwaukee winning & Detroit losing.
Pittsburgh (Musgrove) +157 at Cleveland (Civale)
Joey will get his first win.
Won that Pittsburgh bet.
Here is my first playoff bet:
San Diego (Davies) - Over 4.5 runs -110 vs. St. Louis (Wainwright)
