Harrahs Southern California Freeplay?

Hello, can anyone shed some light onto why the freeplay offers from harrahs so cal could vary from person to person being either daily freeplay offers, or only once a week weekly offer.... I had mentioned to a friend how i get daily offers and they told me they went down and played extremely big as a new player in order to get some good daily offers.... however now they are pissed at me because the only offers they got or are showing in their app is a once weekly freeplay of some amount... just feel like a douche and wish i had an explanation for them

Amount of play and Average daily theoretical

Types of machine(s) played ie Slots or Video Poker

Distance from casino can also affect the frequency of offers

I know every Sunday is Rewards Credit multiplier.
