So do the bums look for the machines where the cards stay active the longest?
Never thought of that but if monet found a way to get an edge on the big drawings at Stations it might be a good idea.
A week ago Saturday night I went to Red Rock for a late dinner and the Bonus Drawing was north of $19,800 and it must hit by $20,000. I sat down at a 5-cent VP machine and stuck in $20 and played one coin at a time on 6/5 Bonus. I figured my odds were 1/2900 of winning.
Well at about $19,830 someone won. I had $13 left and scored $25 free play. Then got dinner using the $400 in comps I won from the August drawing.
By the way the maximum free play for having an active card is $100. The player to my left got $5 and the player on my right got $45. We were all on the same video poker games.
