Maximizing the Total Rewards Gift Cards

One of the "challenges" of using the $500 Total Rewards Gift Cards is keeping track of the remaining balance and then making sure you use the remaining balance.

When I checked out of Caesars Monday morning, I presented six different Total Rewards Gift Cards, each with a remaining balance to close out my hotel bill for things that weren't free -- items such as room service and room bar and restaurant charges to my room.

My statement at check out looked like this from the use of multiple Gift Cards including one card that had a remaining balance of only two dollars and ten cents:
