Question about card craps at Rincon.

I'm curious about this, and the next time I go I will look for this myself.

At Rincon the actual throw of two dice determines which cards are flipped over, and those two cards determine the "roll" in the game.

For example, if the two dice show 4 (blue die) and 3 (red die) then the two cards that flip over could be red card 4 and blue card 4 for a hard eight.

Has anyone observed the percentage of times that a "seven" on the two thrown dice actually reveals a "seven" when the cards are turned over?

Rincon says that it's game exactly mimics the odds that you get throwing two dice in an actual dice game. And in that case would a "seven" on the dice match a "seven" on the cards also one out of six times?
