A friend is reporting that there are plenty of casinos on St. Maarten, but they do not allow dice setting. Any idea how long this has been the case, and are there other non-U.S. jurisdictions that also don't allow setting?

I don't play outside the country so I really don't know about St. Maarten. As far as I know there are some casinos that don't allow dice setting. I am guessing most are not worried about dice controllers; more are annoyed that many dice setters take too long.
