The reason I tend to believe that UNKewlJ is laying a composite of lies on us, is he seems like a very dull unimaginative type. He hasn't described anything very interesting from his life or experiences with any sort of detail. He can't even make up lies that pass the laugh test. Try Googling the casino name and any specific information KJ gave you, or just something like "[casino name] 2023 backroom lawsuit".
KJ said the story made local TV news so it's a virtual certainty Google will have some trace of it.
ETA - Actually even without the casino name the above is true. Imo this in itself is satisfactory proof that KJ lied about the news coverage. I would arbitrate a bet against him on that ground (provided he couldn't come up with an adequate defense).

Doesn't matter what Regnis says. I know nothing about the guy including a sense of his humor. You almost got me to list all the reasons why Regnis isn't changing anyone's mind because your case is just that weak. I don't need to spend more time on what is essentially all about the lolz.

I have no idea what or how regnis looked into, but I take him at his word based on his reputation, that he did and the use "confirmed" leaves no room for specualtion.
