Play by total rewards android app. Enter to win 50,000 reward credits failure.

I have a Samsung galaxy s II smart phone and downloaded the Play by total rewards app because I saw it on the total rewards website and they were offering a chance at 50,000 reward credits. The app does not update automatically like the fuel rewards network. I found out the hard way that in order to get it to update you have to sign out then back in again; what a PAIN. Every time I use it to TRY to accept the "enter to win 50,000 reward credits" it gives me a spinning circle next to accepting offer. The spinning circle is a standard signal to wait for something to finish. The problem is it just stays their. It never finishes. It just keeps showing the wait "spinning circle" symbol and never finishes accepting the offer.
