An executive order is not some law created out of thin air. For it to be valid there needs to be an EXISTING law passed by CONGRESS that allows whatever the puppet fake dictator president preaches in his little so called 'orders'. My legal knowledge has already paid off dividends with the legality of trespassing in casinos and me returning every time without repercussions. After further research on congressional approval of ending private prison contracts with the federal government, I came across two separate times it was INTRODUCED in the House. Once in 2017 and once in 2019. It was NEVER passed to date. Want proof? Here you go drones. First time it was introduced was by the 115th Congress in 2017. Then again by the next congress, the 116th Congress. No where is there any update on what the Senate did with this bill. No where in Title 18 is there an updated code section for 4015. ZERO.

These are BILLS people. INTRODUCED in the House and given to the Senate for approval. Nothing was PASSED. Legislation was never passed. No updates. NOTHING. This Biden so called 'order' is nothing but sugarcoated garbage to please the idiot Democrats who voted for him and to save face as soon as he gets in office. Nothing ever gets done and you want to know why? Because Presidents don't make the laws in this country. They promise all this garbage cause they know idiots don't understand anything about law in this country and what it takes for a law to pass and further don't even know what an executive order actually entails. Then they get into office, make a little speech and go on with their life inside a white mansion for the next 4 years. This happens all the time with presidents. The Biden executive order is not even LEGISLATION. These private prison stocks have been beaten down so badly to a pulp. GEO Group is trading for a third of their intrinsic value due to all this retarded chaos caused by ignorance. Biden's executive order won't do anything. And if you actually read the most recent proposed bill to end private prisons, Federal Correction Facilities bannings with private prisons will only start SIX years after it ever passes, which is probably never as there hasn't been an update for years on this Act of Congress. Go read it for yourself. For Federal Community Confinement Facilities, it's EIGHT years. 6-8 years IF it's ever even passed. Do you realize that's basically two presidential terms, which can have a republican back in office to calm the drones fears from the Democrats bluff, even though republican or Democrat doesn't mean shit if there's no act of congress even on the books to begin with.
Because of all this negative sentiment, GEO had to pull their dividend for cash preservation to service the debt. All this so called pressure from the federal govt cause the CEO is a moron. Then you have financial banks who say they will not lend out to private prisons anymore. Lmao this is why I'm going to jump off my balcony. Everyone's a fucking retard. That includes so called 'experts', financial institutions, and hundred million dollar and billion dollar companies. The stock has been trashed and shorted to death due to ignorance. Even if there was a federal banning by the BOO and US Marshalls, it's about 30% of their revenues and they already diversified their company with all the negative pressure that has been built up for the past 4 years with the federal govt trying to end private prisons. This also doesn't affect their STATE contracts or their ICE contracts. They will still PRINT money with the other 70% of their business model and still have free cash flow. The big hiccup with all of this is their debt maturities in 2024 so everyone sold off due to this recent Biden scare, but that would've been mitigated due to the cash preservation by cutting the dividend. But guess what, there WONT be a fucking ban from the federal govt. It's all sugarcoated typical misinformed garbage from a so called dictator.
Private Prisons are not going anywhere. Governments can't run shit well enough and overpopulations of criminals in the federal system won't allow them to regardless. It's a much needed service for society. There will be a short squeeze once this whole political charade is over with and GEO continues to beat on earnings and the drones realize nothing will happen to the 30% of potential revenue loss, GEO will climb back to the top and dominate their market together with it's other competitor CoreCivix. They run a duopoly with no competition. Common sense would have already told you though of what the fuck was the federal govt going to do with all the prisoners in the first place? Release them all? Release them where? Build new government run facilities from the ground up, because guess what, the federal government prisons are beyond overpopulated as it is. At the very worst they would have to lease the private real estate buildings from GEO and CoreCivix, which would mean big money for the companies. Now you know why none of this made sense because it's NEVER going to happen. Prisoners won't be released and buildings won't be created out of thin air and waste drone taxpayer's money. Why? There's no LAW on the fucking books.
