Where is the Real Truth

Norm has responded to KJ's claims. He says everything KJ says is paranoid bullshit. He says he never told Shack to not unban KJ. He mentions KJ blew it for himself when he said he would celebrate on the day of Shack's death.

Now I wonder where the real truth lies. It is usually somewhere between the two extremes. However, I do think I remember seeing KJ post about celebrating on Norm's death. I don't recall anything about Shack's death.

Anyway, I do think KJ is telling a few lies especially about Moses. KJ claims Moses is homeless and I truly believe that is not the case. KJ claims to have got the police involved and now knows Moses real name. With that info he could easily find out Moses address and even be able to look at Moses home with Google maps. So telling lies in small matters puts doubts on his credibility in other matters. Damn it! It really would be nice to know the real truthful story.

PS. I really like both Norm and KJ. Just wish I knew the truth.

Wait! Kew has been making denigrating comments about other people's deaths? And he criticizes ME for truthfully saying his "partner" succumbed to aids? Huh?

Norm is a liar. That has been proven long before I had any issue with him. Long before he started this latest version of a forum. He had a previous forum that failed because players just wouldn't participate on a forum run by him because his antics were well known. He got a second chance, he promised to be different and he hasn't. Same Norm, Lying and feuds.

What did norm say today....9 forums I have attacked him on? ask him to name them. I can think of 4 or 5 if you count 2+2 poker which as very limited discussion.

A lot of this stuff Norm said today is a lie. It is not a he said he said situation. I have proof. I have posted screenshots of what Shackleford said and it is not the way Norm is telling it. Plus people don't have to take my word for things. Many of these people were at WoV, when Norm showed up only to manipulate Mike into banning me, and once that was achieved left again. There is no dispute about this.

I never said I would celebrate Shacklefords death. I did say I would celebrate Norm's death. I said it would be a good day for the blackjack community. And while I am not particularly proud of that, that is not a death threat or even wishing death on anyone.

The only comment about death concerning Mike Shackleford, was he told me privately that "he knew he handled this situation badly. But he owed Norm a favor for some math work that he did and when Norm asked, he couldn't say no". He went on to say that "if he allowed me back Norm would not let this go and continue to demand that Mike ban me".

That is when I responded that "I would not let it go either and would bring it up until the day I died, which because I am younger than him would be long after he had passed." Nothing about wishing Mike dead or celebrating the day he died. Norm is spinning and lying. Luckily, I have proof. And not only that, even with all that has happened if you ask Shackleford, I think he will tell you the truth. To his credit, he told me the truth (privately).

As per Moses, I don't want to get too much into the Moses situation because it is an escalating police situation. Yeah I have joked about Moses being homeless, nicknamed him Homoses, which is short for homeless Moses. But I have said that he is not really homeless. He is what I call near homeless. If you lived in Vegas or spend a lot of time here, you would understand the term "nearly homeless". There are bunches of people, especially men 40-60, that either bounce around from these "weeklies" or have a more permanent room, or studio/efficiency apartment. They often receive government assistance of some kind (welfare, disability, SSI), a few maybe legitimately retired, and after paying the rent on their room, they spend all there money and time gambling. You can spot groups of these guys in some of the local type casinos sports and race books. And this is Moses in Reno. He is one of these kind of nearly people and hangs with people that may be fully homeless.

I have personal info on Moses because of police involvement, but that is all I can and will say. It was never my intent to out him and his situation. I just want him to stay on his medications and leave me alone.

Midwest point me to where Norm said this because I want to somehow get this statement to Mike Shackleford.

I think I posted the actual screen shots of conversation with Mike. We were communicating privately for a while and had basically reached an agreement. He asked me to write the agreement, which I did. Mike even said what I had written seemed fair. He then said he would have to run it by Norm (which I wasn't expecting). The next day he came back saying Norm did not approve and would not agree.

So if Norm is saying this isn't the way it went down, he is calling Mike a liar, as much as me.

There just is no sense in even responding to him when he says things like that. There really is almost never a time when it is worth responding to this guy. He is an irrelevant old man seeking attention and will do whatever he has to try to get it.

Midwest Player, I really don't want to continue to discuss this as it is a police matter, nor do I want to rile up the unstable person in question, but he posted something today that is very relevant. In his Rob Singer are you listen thread, trying justify his actions, Moses said "Plus, like most everyone else, I'm not fond of queers".

And that is really what this whole Moses things has been about, years of trolling, escalating to stalking and police matters. He is a bigot who doesn't like gays. That is his right, but it is not his right to do all this shit, including illegal shit. I suspect he doesn't even realize how much addition trouble that statement brings him, because it is a law enforcement case. He just blatantly admitted any crime he is charges with is feuded by hate of a group of people, making it a hate crime. This is one stupid MFer.

If this guy ends up in jail, I am not going to feel bad about it. I tried my best to not escalate this. I even declined to press charges a week and a half ago. the charges filed were from the building that he trespassed, not from me. I am going to tell you one more time Moses, just take your meds, and live your life such that it is and stop hating for the sake of hating, before you end up a 60 year old man wasting his final years or some of his final years in jail because you are a bigot.
