The last couple years I was able to book my seven stars retreat over the phone and get my airfare reimbursed with free play at the total rewards desk. I called today and was told by reservations that it's no longer an option and I need my host to book the trip.
Has anyone else had luck getting their airfare back in free play or is this another policy change that happened over the new year?
