And it doesn't surprise me, because there was little discussion about it or news coverage. I guess the race for governor got most of the attention as did some of the other props regarding taxes and spending. Perhaps the whole issue was just a moot point because it did nothing about Federal legislation. This issue is dead, at least for a few more years.
