Cache Creek Casino win
Hit this royal flush while waiting for breakfast before leaving for home after an overnight trip to Cache Creek Casino. It was Double Double Bonus video poker that paid 9 for a full house and 6 for a flush, not bad! It put me in plus territory for the trip. Better than most Las Vegas Strip payouts.
BTW, all blackjack (1/2/6 deck) stands on soft 17 and pay 3:2 on blackjacks.

Outstanding win JSTAT!
You are mostly right about the strip payouts for the DDB video poker you play. The strip does have some options for $1 9/6 DDB if you are willing the workaround the issue.
Only play 1 line on Spin Poker or 50 Play machines at the Aria, MGM Grand, Wynn, or the Tropicana Las Vegas. Luxor has a natural $1 9/6 DDB on their bartops in the high limit room but the buttons are usually not in good shape. Besides the Wynn, I've seen the existence with my own eyes. It would take a lot of play to receive comps at the higher end places.

Very nice!
I've never been to Cache Creek. Back in the days when money was more plentiful in the casino industry, they did advertise in CardPlayer.

Awesome!
I swear, almost all royals I've observed people hit, they often held only 2-3 pieces to the Royal, never is it 4 - Haha!
