When to play PGF15 and JB

Ha - it is a *question*.

I have no idea when to play those dumb PGF15s. Should 5 7 14 be played? how about 5 13 13? 5 14 10? 5 13 10?
I would much rather read people arguing about their numbers than my spending hours tracking symbol frequency which i have never done.
Is there a formula floating around for PGF15 like the Wiz did with HD?

For that matter, your average JB machine these days is just guess and by golly for me. I like a 22100 better than a 22000 which i might skip. Who knows? So are scarabs, except I read here col2 are kinda special.

I suppose everyone DM's each other on twitter arguing about #s. I haven't used twitter though I recently made an account, made a post, and am following some people.

I wish I could trade info but I've only been playing slots this year (ultimates last year) so my info has value only for the true neophyte. Um, I like to play when it's busy. Track everything in a spreadsheet. Take mind-altering substances so it's not so mind-numbing to hike all over looking at slot machines. How's that.

What you can play on the 15's depends on which chip configuration you are dealing with. Here they are:

85% = 110/330/850
87% = 75/250/600
89% = 48/175/600
91% = 45/120/550
93% = 40/100/480
95% = 38/80/450
96% = 35/75/450

The line pays and their freqs. are the same on all the chips. The overall payback is adjusted by how many spins it takes to flip the free games meters.

My experience is with the 89%, 91%, and 93% versions. Any 14 on the 2X, 5X or 10X was playable. A 13 on the 5X was playable at 91% and 93% but not 89%. Only a 14 was playable on the 10X for all three versions.

Never played the Joe Blows so don't know.

I forgot to add that the different configurations are easily identifiable in the casinos. Notice the number of spins to flip the 2X free games meter is different on all the different versions. It can be as low as 35 and high as 110. You merely have to count down the number of spins to flip the 2X free games meter to determine which chip you are dealing with. That tells you what is playable.

Very surprised you haven't played JB yet Mickey. They are literally everywhere. That's definitely one game that has gotten adjusted, over the last 8 to 10 months. You see them semi loaded frequently nowadays, AP including the plopps, have lost interest, due to the clear downgrades. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority out there, are bottom feeding 85% specials, unplayable for the most part. It's hard to overcome such a beast.

I haven't really done anything in the casinos outside Montana since last November when I had the heart attack. The JB's had yet to make it into New Mexico, Oklahoma and the Midwest by then. I remember seeing maybe one or two.

There may still be hope left. After ex-AC gets done schooling us on the keno maybe he can provide you with a solution using string theory to beat the JBs.

I've seen lots of screenshots of successful Joe Blow plays on Twitter. There hasn't been any talk of them changing the game for the worse.

Good luck finding any walk up 14's. The key is to camp or time 13's that will turn into 14's that the plop won't complete. Credits/denom/session points/etc all factor in.

Session points! Hmm, I haven't camped out nor really spied on such publicly available data. Probably why I end up playing BD about once a month. Maybe with experience a person could start guessing pretty well how long someone is going to play. Anyway, many thanks for super-interesting and helpful (at least to me) responses. Wish I could derive some kind of formula, to just plug in a PGF 10 12 12 and get an answer of 97 or 103. But there's too much to do! At this point I don't even know all the games, by a long shot, I bet.

10 12 12 ain't no where close to being a play. Stick to the 14's and 13 on the 5X if the right configuration. Everything else are big losers.

You know the end machine has a $2.00 blue 13 since this morning. You walk by and see a lady playing it. At 300 points you then know how many spins she's done without needing to count or even camp. So now you can call it a 13.5 or a 13.75.

Lady above with $700 ticket and VIP card level? Walk around, come back.

Someone with bottom tier card and $80? Stick around. That's just about enough to push it to 14 but unlikely enough to finish. And if they don't get it to 14, you should have a pretty good idea how far into 13 it is and the next person is probably worth camping even at 13 because it's so close to 14 now.

Honestly, I hate JB! That game p1ss3s me off. I have other hustlers swearing to me 22000 is positive. I can't even win on 22022. Lol

My main casino has the 87% 15s.
It has been my experience that new 14s on 87% are no good. -Ev for sure. You'll want someone to have already done about 200-300 spins with it on 14. If you see 5-7-14, then a while later you see it at 5-9-14 you'll want to play that for certain. Why? They took the green up two spots. Even if the 5x was about to turn 8, they still did 250 spins to reach 9.

I only share this info because I'm not making much off this game now. At the end of last year into January there was stiff competition in my area over 14s. Most of money made was from that game at the time. Situation changed
