I know the stations casinos are mostly catered to locals but was wondering which ones send mailers to out of town players. I've only tried 2 places so far and found that sunset station does and boulder station does not. The two places I'm most interested in finding out about are palms and red rock before I waste time playing there for nothing. I'd be willing to guess palms would be best chance for mailers out of town and that red rock is most likely just for locals.
Are your Sunset offers not good at Boulder? I'm local, but the ones I get can be used at Palace/Boulder/Sunset/Santa Fe/Texas/Red Rock/GVR.
Palms has recently broken off and started doing their own mailers, and I was told I'd get better offers with an out of town address.
Sunset sends me a monthly mailer that is only good at sunset and they also send me a separate "anywhere" offer that's good at most of the properties listed but not good at palms or Redrock that's why I was curious if it would be worth planting seeds at these two places with an out of state address

I get out of state offers at Boulder, Green Valley, Red Rock, and Palms.

I get different offers at Palms, Red Rock, and GVR. Usually gift cards, $100-200 to show up and $600 more for 75,000 points. Sometimes I'll get $1,000 free play for 100,000 points.
Those play up offers you mention are really good (e.g. $1k for 100k points). I got an offer of 1k for 250k at Palms and I thought that was good.
Local mail is smaller coupons but more numerous. Hard to say what the aggregate difference is without knowing then top out of state offer.
Maybe Palms isn't as good as GVR or Red Rock. I'm doing my first play up offer at Palms next week so I'll see what I get there. I used to get local's mailers but there were so many pickups at weird date intervals that I usually could only pick up about a third of them so I switched to an out-of-town address.
