Multi-billionaire Broadcom founder arrested on drug charges after mandatory search of Encore suite

Since the "Do Not Disturb" days are over in Vegas, some are wondering whether security will alert authorities if they come into your room and find drugs there.

We have our answer.

Henry Nicholas, who founded Broadcom in 1991 with $5000, is now a multi-billionaire. He's also been known to have substance abuse problems and is supposedly "addicted to sex workers" (lol).

Encore security found meth, ecstasy, and cocaine in his room, and reported it to the police.

He was later arrested, along with a female companion named Ashley Fargo.

They were charged with "drug trafficking", though it's not suspected that he actually sells the drugs. Once you're caught with more than a recreational amount of drugs, you are charged with trafficking.

He retained famous Vegas attorney David Chesnoff, who seemingly pulls off miracles in court on behalf of his criminally accused clients. I personally know two people who have benefited from his (expensive) services.

Not only is it interesting that the Broadcom founder was arrested, but it also shows that casino security WILL report you to police if they find drugs during those daily inspections of the rooms.

I wasn't criticizing someone's wife. Clearly it's smart to marry more for personality and other factors, and to make looks secondary, or you will be unhappy.

But this is presumably some trashy chick he's doing drugs with and banging. Given his immense wealth, I'd think he'd do this with someone hotter.

having alot of money works in gtting hot chicks if you are willing to part with it for gifts and such. Maybe he is just fucking cheap...and offers some of his drugs as enticement. If you do that....there is usually one type of hanger on girl you will get.......the one in the pic

The unanswered question thus far is HOW security got tipped off to the illegal activity.

It could have been the new policy led to a maid discovering it during an unwanted daily inspection, but I suspect he's so far gone in his addiction and so used to being untouchable that he left the drugs out and knew the maid would come in; he probably figured she wouldn't say anything.

The guy is a billionaire so I suspect he was in a nice suite, perhaps a penthouse, and with that level of wealth comes an implied sense of privilege, i.e. "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas."

And yeah, the girl is hard to look at but with that mouth of hers she could probably suck like a shop vac.

It is clear most of you don't understand the culture.
You can watch the movie: The Wolf Of Wall Street 2013 for some insight.
The whole movie explains the lifestyle or culture but one scene explains it in some greater detail.
This scene explained that they had Sex with the most expensive Call Girls down to the 10 dollar Strawberries.
