Regardless of all that. How many bedroom areas does it have? I actually know a guy who is interested if it's a private party sale and not being done thru a broker. Let me know how many sleeping areas and when/where it can be viewed. Plus whether or not a broker dealer is being used. If you are using a broker you may want to let this guy have a look see before you list with them.

First, the $505k price was chosen because at $499k, I think that cheapens the intent. There's only 20-25 of these built each year, and anyone who buys a used one is already going to know a whole lot about them. Trying to make the price "sound better" is insulting to this type of buyer.

Part of the $43k is due to a front end mishap my son had this summer. I had upgraded the headlights etc. to an led cluster which led to some other changes, and I didn't want the insurance co. involved since they'd never figure it out or pay if they did.

It sleeps 4 adults comfortably: 2 in the rear bedroom and 2 on a pullout sofa up front. Both have their own bathrooms. Kids could sleep in a recliner, on the dining benches, or wherever.

I decided to sell it myself if I can. At least on this go-around. I'm keeping everything as simple as possible. Just putting up four good pics that I took in the sun when we had both RV's in N. Nevada this summer. We transferred title back to me so I could handle the sale. I'm going to finance the buyer if they want with 1/3 down, but if they pay cash I'm offering a 7% discount. The $505 is firm. New tires, batteries, very clean throughout, everything works and no scratches once the front is finished this week.

Kew this is all so out of your league. But wrap your peanut brain around the fact that Newell owners are a small but fairly close-knit bunch in any city, and sometimes we help each other out. Ours is stored about 50 miles from us down in Gilbert. Figure it out.

Tasha, you did the right thing. Just think how important you vote is in your battleground state of Florida. Poor Mickycrimm's vote doesn't mean much because Montana is going red regardless of what he does. He might just as well not vote and save some time and energy.
