Stayed at Flamingo over Superbowl weekend and this same issue occurred.
Have to go through the same process... and upper management is now "looking into it", just as Rio and Harrah's did last year.
Nobody seems interested in the fact that two other Caesars properties already looked into it and agreed I was correct.
What a pain in the ass.
I made it clear I wasn't looking for one-time exceptions or customer service credits.
"I just want this to be done properly, according to what the law says", I told them.

Well, after a month of investigation, Flamingo determined I was right.
They are returning my RCs, and the manager told me I can cite his name in order to have them returned for future stays.
What a pointless exercise. I wish they would just fix this citywide and be done.
