100*.0025 = .25 or twenty five cents.
wagering $400 would get you $1.00
to get $1300 you would multiply 400 times 1300 which equals $520,000.
you would have to bet $520,000 to get $1300 in loyalty dollars.
$1300 / 0.0025 = $520,000.

That's a pretty good comp rate, comparable to anything in Las Vegas with the possible exception of Westgate. Plus it can be converted to free play.
