Has anyone used the $500 signature experience?
I used one last year and was able to use it in select Forum Shoppes stores. I remember because I bought my daughter makeup from Sephora. My host is now saying that it is a room credit good for food, shows and spas only.
I think she is wrong, even though it says that on the website.
Anyone know about this?

Not available at the following properties: Harrah's Philadelphia, Harrah's Louisiana Downs, Horseshoe Baltimore, Horseshoe Hammond and Horseshoe Council Bluffs. Not valid for retail purchases and might not be valid for alcohol at select properties.
I think there's a chance it will work at the gift shop, but not at the Forum Shops, as those are completely separate from Caesars, and would require an agreement with Caesars to use those credits.
They may have changed it since last year.
They sometimes have shopping experiences as offers that can be used at select Forum Shops, but I am not aware of it being possible to comp purchases there so I would be surprised if you could use the $500 folio credit for purchases.
It can be used in Caesars owned gift shops. There is one right inside the Forum Shops. If you can get out to the Cascata golf course, they have some much nicer merchandise there.
There are some offers which specifically allow shopping at the Forum shops, but that seven stars experience is not one of them.

Two years ago I was able to get Sephora gift cards for my Experience Credits. It since has changed and as Dankyone stated 1 experience credit can be redeemed as $500 folio credit and you can make charges into the room, including charges from the Caesars owned gift shops and/or spas.

I just returned from Vegas. Was with someone who had a ton of MGM freebies so barely put a dent in my experience credits. But didn’t care as I had a great trip anyway.
