Do I deserve to be banned from Vegas Casino Talk?

At least THREE people have rallied for my permanent banning. One did it even after I decided to actually be more mature, serious, and more normal. I know I am taking a huge risk with this thread in multiple ways. I was permanantly banned from Pace Advantage website after being a Member for about three years after going on a sudden huge Posting Spree in a two week span. The SLIGHT majority said I deserved to be banned(Like only SIX extra Votes wanted me permanantly banned, and I was thrown out the door like yesterday's trash.)

The Admin made the "Should Special Butter be permanantly banned?" Poll and admitted he started that thread only because I admitted I was banned from multiple Websites (I mentioned being banned from multiple Websites as a way to PREVENT it from happening again. I was like,"I've been banned from multiple Websites. Trying to not have it happen again. And they threw me away like yesterday's trash.

Luckily, I didn't REALLY care about Pace Advantage and was only using them until my temporary Suspension on THIS website was over). At least one person did stand up for me on Pace Advantage saying something like,"Special Butter made 56 posts in about two weeks after being a Member for about three years. Horse Lover made 56 posts TODAY and no one is asking for Horse Lover's Permanant banning. Seems unfair to Special Butter. " I still got permanantly banned despite not doing anything wrong on Pace Advantage even after that Member standing up for me). Note that I NEVER begged to be let back there since I really don't care about them.)

Even though I completely understand the obsessive frustration of people with you( 2 guys in particular) You are NOWHERE near as bad, as good for nothing scum Garnabby.

I am confused about why a simple one sentence question about THIS forum turned into a 3+ paragraph story about pace advantage forum. Anyway, you know the drill, wrong subforum junk thread etc etc...

This thread was a mistake. I actually wanted this one closed and the newer one to stay open since the newer one was more of what I wanted to say. There is a huge difference between wanting someone to be banned and them deserving to be banned. I should have asked, "Do you WANT me permanantly banned?" And not do I DESERVE to be permanantly banned?" Because you can think someone DESERVES to be permanantly banned, you don't necessarily WANT them permanantly Banned. And besides, I went off on a long tangent about a completely different Website when that REALLY should have been a one sentence thing. My newer Thread was much more precise and to the point....

At the risk of self hijacking my own thread with Political Talk, I REALLY hate to say this, but your post makes it seem like I shouldn't be banned ONLY because I voted for Biden....:/ Not because of my main posts or my personality....

The election was pretty darn close.

Looking back on it, it's a wonder that we were so sure that Biden was going to win. I mean, old man Biden. Ha, maybe the general election was rigged.

The election wasn't that close.

In 2012 Obama beat Romney by 5 million votes and no one thought that election was particularly close. In 2020 Biden won by even more 7 million votes.

Even if you allow for the increase in number of people that voted. 2012 Obama won by 3.9%, but Biden won by 4.4%. Not that close!

The electoral college currently makes some elections look closer than they really are, but even by that standard 2020 wasn't that close. Both 2000 and 2016 that democrats lost were much closer and you didn't see them act like such sore losers jumping up and down screaming.

The only slight oddity about 2020 was the availability of mail voting in many more states. Mail voting has been allowed in 3 or 4 states for 20 years now. So because of Covid, a number of states decided to implement mail voting for the first time. Funny thing, these states like Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, it was the republican that control the state legislatures that voted to allow that. And then republicans took that complaint to court after court and lost every case....most thrown out by republican appointed judges and justices. It is just ridiculous.

add on: and by the way, I am not a proponent of mail voting, except in cases of disabled people unable to get to the voting place. I think people need to make an effort to go out and vote. But, by our laws, each state makes that decision for itself. Maybe that (each state deciding) is what needs to be changed.
