Some of you might have heard her name before. Before she started her current job at Staybridge Suites she was the leading Guest Experience Manager at the Tropicana Las Vegas. She was there during the entire transition from the "classic"(dumpy) Tropicana to the All New Tropicana.
First of all, she's a very sweet lady. She really knows how to make customers feel good and she will go to great lenghts to keep her customers satisfied.
