Spoke to Player's Club Staff and asked why my offers got cut in half when I play REALLY hard. Player's Club Staff said ,"Your offers got cut in half because MOST of the days you play, you only play about $30. Sure, there are some days you play REALLY good, like the day you played $1,000, but most of the days, you are playing about $30. So, the days you only play about $30 are negatively lowering your free play. Player's Club Staff suggested something like,"Play high with the Player's Club Card in, and low without it in, and your free play offers should increase." Gulfstream Park Casino Staff also said something similar.
$5 seems REALLY insulting for someone who is playing REALLY hard. I used to get EXCITED for $5 when I was only playing literal pennies, but now that I am playing much harder, $5 is an insulting slap in the face. Weird how I used to be HAPPY getting $5 and now I'm offended and insulted.
Tasha, can you please explain to the forum what playing "Hard" means?
When you spoke to the casino, did you mention that you "Played Hard", and without a doubt deserve your seventeen dollars? Those Cocksuckers.
Since you were playing "Hard", and definitely gave it your all, they should keep your Freeplay at $17 :-) Want me to call them Tasha?
