Cosmopolitan hotel fire on 51st floor causes injuries, gets put out

The Cosmo has two very tall towers. I've stayed there before. I'd be freaked out on the 51st if there was a fire.

Apparently a balcony was on fire, and there was smoke in the hallways. Fortunately it was extinguished, but not before people suffered "minor injuries" on the floor, and were brought to the hospital.

The cause of the fire is not known, but I'm guessing it was the guests' fault. The Cosmo is one of the few Vegas hotels to have accessible balconies, since it was originally intended to be a condo complex.
