7stars signature experience question

Has anyone used the 7stars experience shopping spree? The following is from the TR website but I seem to recall hearing, or reading, that someone was able to use it at the Miracle Mile shops in Vegas. Any info would be appreciated.

Possibly relevant (or not): Looks like the newer Total Rewards gift cards exclude the Miracle Mile shops (where as the old ones issued before early 2014 included them).

Thanks nerakil. Good info. I didn't realize that it was a gift card.

I dont know what the offer is for 2016 but for 2015 this Signature Experience was limited to about six or eight of the high end shops in the Forum Shops and it was not a Total Rewards gift card. Instead of this Experience last year, I chose a $500 folio credit instead.

FYI to anyone interested....I picked up my signature experience "Vegas Shopping spree" gift cards. They are not limited to the forum shops. They are promotional gift cards and good anywhere that a TR gift card works. So basically all of the stores and restaurants and front desks of the CET hotels and casinos. (I haven't tried one yet but that's what I was told.) And they expire in 6 months.
A much better deal than I had anticipated.
