Well i was thinking developing my customized, tea bags. I will use manufacturer made tea bags pouches, already filled with tea and cover them into my own paper covers with some design written on the outside of the envelop.Do I need, food safe paper for the envelopes?
You had better check with the regulators of this industry. I am not sure where you live or what regulations there are. I would start by asking someone in the business. If you are thinking about starting a business it's always a good idea to work in the business first to learn about it and gain experience.
