So apparently there's some kind of optional anti-vulture feature on the new concave IGT bartops

So I've been to 2 different places that have these since going active again, and noticed 1 place has a 2 second delay every time you switch games, this is on bartops running the same new software. The delay is not enough to be worth trying to switch attention to the machine next to it and check both machines at the same time, but it's just long enough to make checking machines take an annoyingly longer time. It has to be an option because the other place's machines weren't doing that, and it was consistent throughout all that type of machine in the stores.

Thanks Pepe. Apparently, in the casinos' eyes, things have gotten so bad that they don't mind annoying regular customers who obviously won't like the delay when getting to their favorite theme.

I notice in some places, these days, where you insert your card it will start flashing different colors and you might see something on the bottom stating that Anti-Advantage Player Tracking or something like that. I ignore it but I don't like it.

You must be in Stations. They use a tracking system called Advantage Player Tracking System. Has nothing to do with AP

I remember the first time checking machines on the floor at Harrah's in vegas. Many were slower than a sloth.
