I would have to agree with that. I don't like going into a place and being remembered as the cheap guy who tips lousy: especially at bars. The bartenders remember that stuff and treat ya like crap.

Everything at Dotty's is a handpay. I didn't have to pay taxes on it. I brought the ticket to the counter and he paid me. There is no machine to put the ticket into and get paid like at the casinos....
