Gotta give credit where credit is due.
Awesome f'king hits Alan & Jason.
The tingle in your nuts Alan while drawing to the Jack of Hearts must have been unbelievable. I've never had that tingle!
Good job guys.

Good job guys.
I didn't know I was drawing to a royal. I saw four hearts plus one black card which was small - no picture. I didn't know it was a royal draw until after everything was locked.
C'mon Alan? For 100K you didn't even pause for the obligatory extra three seconds before hitting the draw button?
I know I would have had a drink, smoked a cigarette, asked the cocktail server for a "favor" and only then would I have hit the button.
Anyway, once again AWESOME hit. Now there's only one step further to go. That elusive $400K royal! Good luck with your endeavors.
OMG! You guys must have been having sooo much fun! Congratulations to you both!
WOW that's amazing, Alan. Must have been an amazing feeling to hit that $100k, especially after a bad 2015 in VP for you, last I heard.
Only thing that bugs me a little bit is that you shot off that $10k you won near the end. I guess that's okay while you were running so hot and playing bigger than usual, but I just hope that $25/credit doesn't become your regular game now, because it will eat that $100k you won very quickly.
Anyway, very happy for you.

Honestly I didn't know that I had four heart royal cards. All I knew was that I had four hearts and a black card that didn't pair up.
Not sure why you said he'd eat thru $100k very quickly if he plays the $25 games. You know he doesn't and never would play them exclusively like a misguided AP would. Would you be saying that if he were to play 100.7% games vs. 99.2%? Haven't you seen enough to make you question why it is you're so fascinated with "only +EV games win and -EV games mean you'll lose"? What does it take to finally realize all that theory is only good in the books and the classroom?
I'm waiting for the theorists to come on and claim how the math dictates that because he was playing in a -EV situation, that hand actually LOST money for him "in the long run"! So let's hear it from the geniuses--how much did that hand cost him?
Reality tends to make fools out of people who would rather sit back and quote theory every single time. Ya gotta love it
Rob, give the APs a break. After all, I was getting only one tier point for each $25 bet, instead of one point per $10 bet.
WOW! Beautiful hits guys.
Alan, are you going to buy that new car?
I hope I can get another 250,000 miles out of my 2003 Mercedes. I am putting money aside to pay taxes.
BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
What a sight Alan.
I must have been staring at those pictures with awe for 5 minutes straight.
What a great weekend and what a great gamble to play for higher than usual stakes. I will not reach the 5 figure jackpot club anytime soon let alone seeing the 6 figure one. Each $25 hand is 5 Tier Credits/Reward Credits since it is $25 per credit and $125 bets (just 40 rounds equates to the $5000 marker) will get 5, so 1000 rounds is DIAD. I do not know if it gets any better than that, particular when both Alan and Jason both win with the top hands of the game on the same weekend.
Cheers and Congrats to the Mendelsons again! You will not miss Rincon with this moment.
Does it really matter how many silly reward credits he got?
Alan, do you drive a car with 250k miles on it back & forth to LV?
Yes Rob. I drive it back and forth. But keep in mind it's in great condition. Just a month ago had everything serviced: engine, transmission, brakes, tires, etc. Of course every time I spend $500 on maintenance Jason says "that was a payment on a new car." The car also has no scratches, nicks or dings.
About Reward Credits and Tier Points. Since I made 7 Stars it doesn't matter. If I was trying to reach it I would care.
Congratulations. Beautiful hits. Eat well.

Is it a diesel? I think that many miles would seriously challenge a gas engine, esp. if it's a V8.
Holy smokes! Congratulations.
What really surprised me is the check didn't say "debtor in possession." I think there are more guarantees when a check is a DIP check issued thru bankruptcy court supervision. Regnis might know.
