As I mentioned my Google search showed nothing, except some references to posts on LVA in 2008. Rob, did you keep hard copies of the GT paper? And did GT actually published a photo of the letter?
I rarely saw hard copies because as a writer I received free online access, and I usually didn't look at my column--only read other things they published. 2008 was well past when this occured. I believe a copy of the letter appeared. I do have a flash drive with supposedly all the content of my website as told to me by my former webmaster, but it isn't user friendly. I'll give it a go in the next few days and let you know what I find.
