From now on I'm deleting posts that are mainly made to harass, intimidate and insult without any social redeeming value. In other words, I'm removing those harsh posts and not even bothering to edit out offensive comments.

I started with the thread about who lies in casinos, and I will continue to do that in other threads.

Take your fight out into the street, children.

Good move Alan! I know you don't like to do this but it will clean up your forum and might actually encourage more people to start posting.

Even the biggest offenders will offer posts with "social redeeming values." And "social redeeming value" or "values" is the test used to determine what is unlawful pornography and what isn't. I'm just assigning the same "test" of social redeeming value to the porn-of-insults provided on the forum. If the insults do also have some "social redeeming value" then they can stay. But if the insults lack "social redeeming value(s)" they get the axe just as the Supreme Court did to pornography without social redeeming value. (By the way, I studied that case law in depth back in the early 1970s for my broadcast law cases.) If we were to delete certain members whether they posted "insult pornography" here or not would be pre-censorship which goes against our established Constitutional principles.

(How's that for a response that says "no"? LOL)
